Ceylon Electricity Board Act (No. 17 of 1969) - Sect 2

Establishment of the Ceylon Electricity Board

2.
(1) There shall be established a Board which shall be called the Ceylon Electricity Board, herein- after referred to as " the Board ''.
(2) The Board shall, by the name assigned to it by sub section (1), be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in such name.
