| 33. Where the electrical undertakings carried on by a local authority in its capacity as a licensee under the Electricity Act are transferred to the Board under this Act, the provisions of section 32 shall, mutatis mutandis, apply to and in relation to all officers and servants of the local authority, including members of the Local Government Service, subject to such modifications, alterations or additions as may be prescribed by regulation made in that behalf by the Minister in consultation with the Minister of Local Government: Provided, however, that the application of the provisions of section 32 shall not be construed to, and any regulation made as aforesaid shall not, adversely affect the terms of service of any public officer employed by the Board under the said provisions. |
