Ceylon Electricity Board Act (No. 17 of 1969) - Sect 45

Minister of Finance to inform Parliament about guarantee

45.
(1) Immediately after a guarantee is provided under section 44, the Minister of Finance shall lay of cause to be laid a statement of the guarantee before the Senate and the House of Representatives.
(2) Where any sum is paid under section 44, out of the Consolidated Fund of Ceylon in fulfilment of an; guarantee provided under that section, the Minister of Finance shall forthwith lay or cause to be laid before the Senate and the House of Representatives a statement that such sum has been paid.
