Co-Operative Employees Commission Act (No. 12 of 1972) - Sect 10

Taking of oaths by members and officers of the Commission

10.
(1) The members of the Commission shall, on first appointment, take an oath or make an affirmation in the form set out in the Schedule to this Act.
(2) The Secretary to the Commission, and such of the other officers of the Commission as may be required so to do by the Chairman thereof, shall, on first appointment, take an oath or make an affirmation in the form set out in the Schedule to this Act.
