Co-Operative Employees Commission Act (No. 12 of 1972) - Sect 33

Immunity of individual members of the Commission

33. No action, prosecution or other proceeding, whether civil or criminal, shall be instituted or maintained against any individual member of the Commission in respect of any decision taken or act done or omitted to be done by Mm in Ms capacity as such member or by the Commission in its corporate capacity.
