No person shall be entitled to compensation for any loss incurred by him, whether directly or indirectly, by reason of the fact that the exclusive right to reserve freight or cargo space in any ocean going vessel for the carriage of any goods from any port in Sri Lanka to any destination outside Sri Lanka has been vested in the Bureau. |
