Compulsory Food Production (Tax Relief) (Amendment) Act (No. 18 of 1965) - Sect 4

Amendment of section 4 of the principal enactment. [ 56 (1), 18 of 1965.]

4. Section 4 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section as follows :-
(a) by the substitution, for the words " anything in the Income Tax Ordinance,", of the words and figures " anything in the Income Tax Ordinance or the Inland Revenue Act, No. 4 of 1963, " ; and
(b) by the substitution, in paragraph (c) of that subsection, for the words " for the purposes of the Income Tax Ordinance" to the end of that paragraph, of the following:-
