| (1) The affairs of the Corporation shall, subject to the rules in force for the time being of the Corporation, be administered by a Board of Deacons, consisting of the Pastor, the Honorary Secretary, the Honorary Treasurer and such other persons as may be provided for in. such rules and elected in accordance therewith, |

| (2) The first Board of Deacons of the Corporation shall be the Board of Deacons of the Tabernacle holding office on. the date of commencement of this Law. |
