Ceylon hotels corporation Act (No. 14 of 1966) - Sect 49

Appointment of officers

49. The board shall have power to appoint the staff of the Corporation including the subordinate staff: Provided that the Minister's approval shall not be necessary for the appointment of an officer of the Corporation to act for the general manager during his absence if such appointment is for a period not exceeding four months.
