| (1) The provisions of the Companies Ordinance or any other enactment regulating the incorporation of companies shall not apply to the Corporation. |

| (2) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (1), the Minister may, whenever it shall seem to him expedient to do so, by Order declare that any one or more or all the provisions of the Companies Ordinance or any other enactment relating to companies for the time being in force shall apply to the Corporation, and such provision or provisions shall thereupon have effect as if such provision or provisions is or are part of this Act. |
