Amendment of section 8 of the principal enactment

4. Section 8 of the principal enactment is hereby amend- ed, by the repeal of subsection (2) of that section, and the substitution therefor, of the following new subsection :
"(2) A member of the board who is not an ex officio member may resign office by writing under his hand addressed to the Minister.".
