| 17. The provisions of section 89 of the principal Act shall apply as if such provisions were provisions of this Act and refer to this Act and not to the principal Act and as if the words and figures " or are persons in receipt of money, value or profits to whom section 84 applies, " occurring in sub-section (1) of the said section 89, were omitted. |
