| (1) The member of the Board shall elect the Chairmen of the Boar from among themselves.

| (2) The Chairman of the Board (herein after referred to as " the Chairman ") may resign from the office of Chairman by letter in that behalf addressed to the board.

| (3) The Board may by a resolution supported by not less than one half of the total membership of the board , remove the Chairman from the Office of the Chairman.
|
|
| (4) Subject to the provisions of subsections (2) and (3) the term of office of the Chairman shall be his period of membership of the Board.
