Ceylon National Chamber of Industries Act (No. 10 of 1969) - Sect 13

Limit of liability of members

13. No member of the Corporation shall, for the purpose of discharging the debts and liabilities of the Corporation, be liable to make any contribution exceeding the amount of such annual subscriptions as nay be due from him to the Corporation.
