Salaries of the Judges of the Appellate Court

5,
(1) The salaries of the Judges of the Appellate Court shall be determined by Parliament and shall be charged on the Consolidated Fund of Ceylon.
(2) The salary payable to any Judge of the Appellate Court shall not be diminished during his term of office.
