Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 141

Examination under section 139 to be recorded

141. Every examination held by the Magistrate under section 139 shall be recorded in the manner provided in section 138 (2).Such examination may if the Magistrate thinks fit be held in private.
