Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 193

By whom trials before High Court to be conducted

193. In every trial before the High Court the prosecution shall be conducted by the Attorney-General or the Solicitor-General or a State Counsel or by some pleader generally or specially authorized by the Attorney-General in that behalf.
