Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 375

Procedure on accused appearing before court

378.
(1) If when the accused appears or is again brought before the court and the court considers him capable of making his defence, the inquiry or trial shall proceed.
(2) If the court considers the accused person to be still Incapable of making his defence the court shall again act according to the provisions of section 374 or section 376, as the case may be.
