Code Of Criminal Procedure Act (No. 15 of 1979) - Sect 434

Distress not illegal for defect in proceedings

437. Any distress made under this Code shall not be deemed unlawful nor shall any person making the same be deemed a trespasser on account of any defect or want of form in the summons or other previous conviction, writ of distress, or other proceedings relating thereto.
