Section 303 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Act, No. 15 of 1979 (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment") is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution for the words " a term not exceeding two years for an offence may order ", of the words" a term not exceeding two years, for an offence may except in any case where the sentence of imprisonment imposed is a mandatory sentence of imprisonment order" |
