14.Section 443 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following new section substituted therefor:
| 443. The Registrar of the court shall without delay, upon application made to him issue -
a certified copy of the whole or any part as desired of the proceedings (whether pending or concluded) against such accused person.". | | (a) to the Attorney-General who shall exempt from any payment; or | | |
| | (b) to the complaint or to every accused person on payment made at the rates mentioned in section 442. | | |
