Colleges Of Education Act (No. 30 of 1986) - Sect 10

The Staff of the Board and the Colleges

10.
(1) There shall be appointed such staff as may be necessary to assist the Board in the discharge of its functions.
(2) There shall be appointed to each College, such academic and non-academic staff as may be necessary to assist the President of the College in the discharge of his functions.
