Colleges Of Education Act (No. 30 of 1986) - Sect 13

Chief Commissioner to contract on behalf of State

13.
(1) Any contract for the purposes of any College shall be entered into by the Chief Commissioner on behalf of the State.
(2) In the exercise of any power conferred by subsection (1), the Chief Commissioner shall be subject' to the direction and control of the Board.
