Control Of Insurance Act (No. 25 of 1962) - Sect 52

Returns to be published in statutory form

52. No insurer shall publish in Ceylon any return in a form other than that in which it has been furnished to the Controller: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall prevent an insurer from publishing a true and accurate abstract from such returns for the purpose of publicity.
