Code Of Intellectual Property Act (No. 52 of 1979) - Sect 21

Infringements and sanctions

21.
(1) Any person who infringes any of the rights protected under this Part may be prohibited by injunction from continuing such infringement and may also be liable in damages.
(2) The provisions of Chapter XXXII relating to infringements shall apply, mutatis mutandis. to the rights protected under this Part.
