Control Of Pesticides (Amendment) Act (No. 6 of 1994) - Sect 3

Replacement of section 2 of the principal enactment

3. Section 2 of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor :
2. This Act shall apply to active ingredients and pesticide formulation with adjuvants, other than such formulations as are set out in the Schedule to this Act. ".
