Courts Of Requests (Special Provisions) Act (No. 5 of 1964) - Sect 1

Short title and date of operation

1. This Act may be cited as the Courts of Requests (Special Provisions) Act, No. 5 of 1964, and shall come into operation on such date * as the Minister may appoint by Order published in the Gazette.
