Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Act (No. 14 of 1993) - Sect 2

Amendment of section 333 of Chapter 101

2. Section 338 of the Civil Procedure Code (hereinafter referred to as the "principal enactment") is hereby amended by the repeal of paragraph (b) thereof, and the substitution therefor of the following paragraph:
' (b) " legal representative" means an executor or administrator or in the case of an estate below the value of five hundred thousand rupees, the next of kin who have adiated the inheritance :
