30.
| (1) The Corporation shall cause its accounts to be kept in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed. |

| (2) The books and the accounts of the Corporation shall be kept at the head office of the Corporation. |
|
| (3) The Corporation shall cause its books to be balanced as on the thirty-first day of December in each year and shall, as soon as may be thereafter, cause to be prepared a profit and loss account and a balance sheet containing a summary of the assets and liabilities of the Corporation made up to date afore said. The aforesaid accounts and the balance sheet shall be signed by the officer responsible for the preparation of such accounts and balance sheet. |
