Criminal Procedure Code (Amendment) Act (No. 6 of 1964) - Sect 8

Amendment of section 158 of the principal enactment. [ 2, 34 of 1956.]

8. Section 158 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, in subsection (2) of that section, by the substitution, for all the words from " material: " to the end of that subsection, of the word " material.".
