Replacement of section 639A of the principal enactment
32. Section 539A of the principal enactment is hereby repealed and the following section substituted therefor :
539A. (1) Where any legal touching the validity of the will of a deceased person or for obtaining, recalling or revoking grant of probate or letters of administration is pending, the court may, either on the ground of undue delay or for any sufficient cause
