Civil Procedure Code (Amendment) Act (No. 79 of 1988) - Sect 53

Amendment of First Schedule to the principal enactment

53. The First Schedule to the principal enactment is hereby amended as follows:
(1) by the substitution for the words "Chief Clerk" in Form No. 135 of the word "Registrar ", and
(2) by the substitution for the Form No. 136 of the following Form;
You are required to appear to before this court on the ...... day of ..... next at ........ O'clock in the forenoon to give evidence in the above case (and to bring with you the following documents to wit,..... ) Dated this ...... day of ........... 19......."
