Amendment of section 30A of Chapter 101

2. Section 30a of the Civil Procedure Code (hereinafter referred to as the " principal enactment ") is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section by the substitution, for the words " substantially in the prescribed form. " of the words " substantially in form No. 11a in the First Schedule. ".
