Section 2 of the Criminal Procedure Code, as amended by Act No. 18 of 1968, is hereby further amended by the insertion, immediately after the definition of " Government Examiner of Questioned Documents " of the following new definition: - " Government medical officer " includes any officer of the Department of Forensic Medicine of any faculty of medicine of the University of Ceylon;'. |
