| 17. In this Act unless the context otherwise requires- " Board of Directors " means the Board of Directors of the Corporation;-" Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Act " means the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Act, No. 28 of 1961, as amended by any subsequent Act; " Corporation " means the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation established under the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation Act;" foreign-owned petroleum company " means any foreign-owned petroleum company within the meaning of the definition of ' foreign ' owned petroleum companies ' in the Ceylon Petroleum (Foreign Claims) Compensation Act, No. 19 of 1965; " land " includes buildings. |
