Companies (Special Provisions) Law (No. 19 of 1974) - Sect 23

Expenses of the administration of this Law

23. The expenses incurred in the administration of this Law, including-
(a) the remuneration of members, officers or servants of the Tribunal; and
(b) the compensation payable under this Law to the persons entitled thereto,
shall be paid by the Secretary to the Ministry in charge of the subject of Finance out of funds provided for the purpose by the National State Assembly.
