Section 75 of the principal enactment is hereby amended by the substitution for the definition of expression officer" of the following definition:- officer includes every person who is the President, Vice-President, Chairman, Vice-Chairman, enactment is hereby amended by the a society, or any branch thereof, or a member the committee of a society, and any other person who is duty empowered to give directions in regard to the affairs of the society; '. |
