Compulsory Savings Act (No. 6 of 1971) - Sect 18

Payments into the Fund

18.
(1) All sums paid to or recovered by the Commissioner by way of contributions under this Act shall be paid by him to the Fund.
(2) All sums recovered by the Commissioner by way of penalties imposed under this Act shall be paid by him into the Consolidated Fund.
