Amendment of section 28 of the principal enactment

9. Section 28 of the principal enactment is hereby amended, by the substitution, for the word "the secretary" wherever that word occurs in that section , of the word " the manager".*[* This change has already been effected in the Revised Edition of the Legislative Enactments, 1956.]
