Ceylon Shipping Corporation Act (No. 11 of 1971) - Sect 32

Officers and servants of the Corporation deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code. Cap. 19

32. All officers and servants of the Corporation shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning and for the purposes of the Penal Code.
