| 38. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- " Board of Directors " means the Board of Directors of the Corporation constituted under this Act; " Ceylon Shipping Corporation Limited " means the Ceylon Shipping Corporation Limited incorporated under the Companies Ordinance on February 23, 1969; " Director " means a member of the Board of Directors; " goods " means any form or kind of cargo carried on a ship or vessel, and includes petroleum products, liquids, gases or other similar articles or substances;and " local authority " means any Municipal Council, Urban Council, Town Council or Village Council. |
