Ceylon State Mortgage Bank (Amendment) Act (No. 6 of 1970) - Sect 7

Amendment of section 70b of the principal enactment

7.
(1) Section 70B of the principal enactment (inserted by Act No. 33 of 1968) is hereby amended in paragraph (d) of sub-section (2) of that section by the substitution, for the words " original owner ", of the word " owner ".
(2) The amendment made in the principal enactment by sub-section (1) shall be deemed, for all purposes, to have come into operation on August 1, 1968.
