Section 63 of the principal enactment is hereby amended in paragraph (b) of that section, by the substitution, for the proviso to that paragraph, of the following new proviso: - " Provided, however, that the costs incurred under this paragraph shall not exceed such percentage of the loan as may, from time to time, be fixed by the bank; and ". |
