| 23. Notwithstanding the provisions of any other law to the contrary, no action shall lie against the Registrar or a liquidator or against a principal society, as the case may be, in respect of the termination of the services or the variation of the conditions of service of any person who was an employee of a dissolved society or an amalgamating society on the day immediately preceding the date of its dissolution or amalgamation, made by such Registrar or liquidator or by such principal society. |
