Co-operative Societies (Special Provisions) Act (No. 35 of 1970) - Sect 26

Interpretation

26. In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires " officer " has the same meaning as in the principal enactment; " registered society " has the same meaning as in the principal enactment; " Registrar " has the same meaning as in the principal enactment; and " rules " has the same meaning as in the principal enactment.
