Use of certain words and doing of certain acts or things prohibited

46.

(1) No person who is not registered by the Board under this Act as fit and suitable for employment in any tourist service,-

	(a) shall use any name, title, addition or description; or

	(b) shall do any act or thing,

(2) No person shall, in or in connection with the operation of any tourist service,-

	(a) use any name, title, addition or description; or

	(b) do any act or thing,
