58.
| (1) Where the control of any resthouse is vested in the Board by section 57, the Minister may, by Order published in the Gazette,-
| | (a) transfer to and vest in the Board the possession and use of any such movable or immovable property of the Crown as may be appurtenant to that resthouse; and | | |
| | (b) transfer to the Board any contract entered into by the Crown in respect of that resthouse: | | |

| (2) Where any contract of the Crown is transferred to the Board by Order of the Minister made and published under subsection (1), that contract shall be deemed to be a contract of the Board, and all subsisting rights and liabilities of the Crown under that contract shall be deemed to be the rights and liabilities of the Board. |
