| 64. Every person who knowingly acts in the office of member of any Development Council, after his seat or becomes vacant under the provisions of section 62 or office is section 63, shall be guilty of an offence and shall, on conviction after summary trial before a Magistrate, be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred rupees in respect of each day on which he so acts as a member. |
