Section 8 of the Development Councils Elections Act, No.20 of 1981, is hereby amended in subsection (1) of that section, by the substitution for the words Every political party which on the day immediately preceding the date of coming into operation of this Act, is entitled to be treated as a recognized political party, of the words Every political party which is entitled to be treated as a recognized political party |
