All the debts and liabilities of the aforesaid Society existing on the date of the commencement of this Law, shall be paid by the Corporation hereby constituted, and all debts due to and subscriptions due and payable to the said Society on the date of the commencement of this Law shall be paid to the Corporation hereby constituted. |
